This is a special donation made by one of our long-time BGCDSO members, Desiree Fries, in memory of her father, Ernest R. Fries, who passed away recently. This is the first walk that he will miss. He has attended the last 16 walks in support of his grandson, Triston. We send our love and prayers to the Fries Family and a special thanks for their continued support of our Step Up 4 Down Syndrome 2022 Walk, which benefits our Broward Gold Coast Down Syndrome Organization families.

Thank you to HOTWORX 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio, a new Bronze Sponsor of our Step Up 4 Down Syndrome 2022 Walk! We appreciate your support of the Broward Gold Coast Down Syndrome Organization!
HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.
Our patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise– what we like to call “3D Training”– and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available!
Welcome, Paul Bange Roofing, one of our new Bronze Sponsors of this year’s Step Up 4 Down Syndrome 2022 Walk! We appreciate your support of the Broward Gold Coast Down Syndrome Organization!
Paul Bange founded Paul Bange Roofing, Inc. over 30 years ago. He has a passion for building and a vision shaped by the belief that everyone deserves to live and work in the safest structure possible. Paul recognized that a solid, sound roof is critical to a structure’s integrity, so he and his family set out to provide the highest quality workmanship in the roofing business today. Paul still proudly applies those same principles three decades and thousands of roofing repair and replacement later. Additionally, to further expand on Paul’s vision, Paul Bange Roofing owns and operates all of their own equipment.

We provide follow-up services and also provide post employment services to those with significant disabilities.
